Who we are

nfc-findme is developed by a small team in London. Email: info@nfc-findme.com.

What you are buying

One NFC tag, 3D printed, with a ring, in the colour you choose. The price is £4.99 including postage, or the lower price shown at checkout if you use a discount code. There are no other costs. We write the contact and message you give us onto the tag and lock it before we post it.

Ordering and payment

You order on our website and pay by card on SumUp’s secure page. Your order is confirmed when we email you. Please check your details carefully before you pay, because we can’t change them afterwards.

Delivery

We post to addresses in Great Britain only, by Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes 4 to 5 working days from your order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. We email you when your tag is posted.

The tag is locked

We lock every tag before posting it. After that, no one can change it, including us. If the email address, number or message you gave us was wrong, we can’t change or replace the tag.

About 3D-printed tags

Your tag is 3D printed. That keeps it light and small, and it also means it is not as tough as a metal or moulded tag. By ordering, you understand that:

• It can crack or snap if it is bent, dropped or squeezed, and if it breaks the chip inside can stop working.
• Heat can soften or warp it, for example in a hot car or on a radiator.
• Each tag is made by hand, so colour and finish can vary a little from the photos.

Treat it gently, and we think it will serve you well.

If your tag doesn’t work

If your tag does not work when you tap it, email us within 30 days of the day we posted it, with your order number. We will replace it or refund you. We will ask you to post the tag back to us (you can keep the ring), so we can find out why it stopped working. If your tag is damaged or not as described, your legal rights also apply.

Cancelling

Each tag is made to your details. Because of this, the usual 14-day right to cancel an online order does not apply once we have written your tag. If you want to cancel before we write it, email us straight away and we will refund you if it is not too late.

What we can’t promise

The tag helps a finder contact you. We can’t promise that anyone will find or return your item, or that every phone will read the tag. Please do not rely on it for valuable or urgent items. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law.

Safety

The tag and ring contain small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years.
